Get back to work stronger, not just signed off. Accredited, WorkCover Queensland registered exercise physiology using specialist MedX rehabilitation equipment.

Injured at work? Here is how this works.

  1. You report your injury and your WorkCover Queensland claim is approved.
  2. Your GP or specialist refers you for exercise physiology.
  3. You book an initial assessment with us. Daniel Radloff, our Accredited Exercise Physiologist, is a registered WorkCover Queensland provider, so your sessions are covered under your claim.
  4. We build a program around your job, your injury, and your recovery goals.

Not sure if you have a referral yet, or how the process works?

Who We Help

Tradies and Manual Workers

Back, shoulder, and knee injuries from manual handling. We rebuild the specific strength your job demands, so you go back to work confident, not guarded.

Office and Desk Based Workers

Postural strain, RSI, and back pain from prolonged sitting. We address the root movement patterns, not just the symptom.

Still Dealing With Pain After Your Claim Closed

If your WorkCover program has ended but you are not back to normal, you do not need an active claim to keep working with us.

MedX Equipment Most Rehab Providers Do Not Have

We use MedX medical strengthening machines, the same technology trusted by professional athletes, to isolate and rebuild the exact muscle groups affected by your injury. It is precise, measurable, and built for injury rehabilitation specifically, not generic strength training.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes - a referral from your GP or treating specialist is required for your sessions to be funded under your WorkCover Queensland claim.

You can still work with us as a private client to finish your recovery properly.

Physiotherapy typically focuses on hands-on treatment and pain management in the earlier stages of injury. Exercise physiology focuses on rebuilding strength, function, and confidence in movement, which is usually most valuable in the return-to-work phase of recovery.

Lower back strains, shoulder injuries, neck injuries, and other manual handling and postural injuries.
