At Optimum Movement Centre, we provide structured, results-driven NDIS personal training designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and increase independence in everyday life.
Starting something new can feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to your health and fitness. That’s why at Optimum Movement Centre, we focus on making your experience simple, supportive, and tailored to you.
Whether your goal is to build strength, improve mobility, gain confidence, or simply feel better in your body, we’ll guide you every step of the way.
You won’t be left on your own or expected to “figure things out” like in a regular gym. Everything is structured, supervised, and adapted to your needs.
Your training will be guided by Daniel Radloff, a fully qualified Exercise Physiologist and experienced NDIS provider, not just a standard personal trainer.
This means your program is designed with a deeper understanding of injury management, rehabilitation, and safe progression.
You’re not just exercising, you’re following a structured plan built for long-term improvement.
We want you to feel comfortable and confident before committing.
That’s why we offer:
This gives you the chance to experience how we work and decide if it’s right for you.
Ideal if you want focused support, or have specific needs around injury, mobility, or confidence.
A supportive and social environment while still receiving individual attention.
In many cases, yes. Personal training can be covered under your NDIS plan if it supports your goals, particularly around improving physical capacity, independence, or overall wellbeing.
An Exercise Physiologist (EP) is a university-trained allied health professional with a four-year degree specialising in how exercise affects the body in the presence of injury, disability, or chronic disease. EPs are accredited by Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and are recognised by the NDIS, Medicare, and most private health funds. A personal trainer has fitness qualifications but is not a registered health professional. For NDIS participants, an accredited Exercise Physiologist like Daniel is the appropriate choice - sessions can be funded through your NDIS plan under Capacity Building, whereas personal training sessions generally cannot.
It depends on your plan. If you’re unsure, we can help guide you through what’s required and how to get started.
Yes, we regularly work with support coordinators and can communicate directly with them to make the process easy.
That’s completely fine. Many of our clients are starting for the first time. Everything is guided, and we progress at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Your first session is a relaxed consultation where we understand your goals, needs, and current ability. There is no pressure, just a chance to get to know each other.
