Daniel is a final-year Exercise Science and Clinical Exercise Physiology student at Southern Cross University, and brings a calm, supportive, and results-focused approach to training. With his Certificate III in Fitness and AusActive registration (Cert IV equivalent), Daniel is equipped to help clients build strength, move pain-free, and train with purpose.

He has over three years’ experience working with a wide range of clients, including youth, older adults, everyday gym-goers, and individuals on the NDIS. Whether he's supporting injury rehab or helping someone step into the gym for the first time, Daniel tailors each session with care and clarity.

Daniel’s biggest belief? That exercise should feel simple, personal, and sustainable. He’s particularly passionate about long-term movement quality, injury prevention, and behaviour change-especially in helping young men develop confidence and consistency through training.

When he’s not coaching or studying, Daniel enjoys bodybuilding, good food, and quality time with his wife.
