Accredited Exercise Physiologist helping people recover from injury, manage pain, and build long-term strength through targeted exercise.

Daniel Radloff is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who completed his Exercise Science and Clinical Exercise Physiology degree at Southern Cross University. He brings a calm, supportive, and results-focused approach to helping people improve their health, move pain-free, and build lasting strength.

As an Exercise Physiologist, Daniel specialises in using structured exercise programs to support injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management, mobility improvement, and long-term physical health. His work focuses on helping clients regain confidence in movement and return to the activities they enjoy.

Daniel works with a wide range of clients including adults recovering from injury, people managing chronic conditions, older adults wanting to maintain strength and mobility, and individuals supported through the NDIS.

Exercise Physiology services with Daniel may be eligible for Medicare rebates through a GP Chronic Disease Management Plan. He can also assist clients accessing treatment through WorkCover and NDIS funding.

Daniel believes exercise should be simple, personal, and sustainable. His programs are designed to meet each client at their current ability level while steadily building strength, mobility, and resilience over time.

When he is not working with clients, Daniel enjoys bodybuilding, good food, and spending quality time with his wife.

Testimonials

“I came in struggling with constant knee pain and honestly felt nervous doing most movements. Dan took the time to really understand where I was at and built things up slowly, which made a huge difference. Over time my knee pain reduced more than I expected, but the biggest change has been my confidence, I trust my body again and don’t feel limited in everyday life anymore.”
- Chris

“Dan made it really easy for me to just focus on feeling fitter and more comfortable in my own body again. The sessions are simple, enjoyable, and actually fit into my life. I feel stronger, more energetic, and more like myself. Thanks Dan!"
- Colisha
