Caroline brings a wealth of experience and resilience to her role as a trainer. She holds her Certificate III and IV in Fitness, and is currently completing her third year of an Exercise Physiology degree at Bond University. With a strong foundation in endurance sports, Caroline is also a certified Triathlon Coach, Running Coach, and Aqua Aerobics Instructor.
Having competed in numerous sprint challenges and half Ironmans, Caroline’s obsession with running and movement is matched only by her passion for helping others move well and feel strong.
After a serious car accident in 2021 left her with nerve damage, spinal compression, and temporary paralysis on her left side, Caroline underwent major neck surgery. Her exceptional fitness prior to the accident played a key role in her recovery - a journey that fuelled her dedication to "pre-hab": preparing the body to be as fit and resilient as possible before injury or surgery. This philosophy now drives her work with clients, especially in injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Caroline is also deeply passionate about women’s health - training in alignment with hormonal cycles, thyroid health, and body awareness. She enjoys working with the MedX equipment to support safe, intelligent strength progression.
Warm, determined, and highly knowledgeable, Caroline’s mission is to empower every client with tools for long-term health, vitality, and confidence - both in and out of the gym.
